Amante

Een werk ontstaat uit een combinatie van herinnering, fantasie en het werk in wording zelf. Wat op het doek verschijnt was als een collage in het hoofd. Het werk is figuratief, expressief -soms met surrealistische toets- en heeft vaak een landschappelijk uitgangspunt.

Materiaal: bij schilderen meestal olieverf of eitempera op linnen of paneel. Bij tekenen: waar maar mee te tekenen valt, van houtskool tot acrylstiften tot de computer. Grafiek: bij voorkeur steendruk.
